Customers2you respects your privacy. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins, and it does not load anything from other websites. This statement explains which personal data we do process and why.
Who is responsible
Customers2you is the controller for the personal data described here. Customers2you is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83130071. You can reach us at welcome@customers2you.com or +31 6 4509 9481.
Visiting this website
When you open this website, our hosting provider Netlify automatically receives technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
Netlify acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Netlify is based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to Netlify are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website does not place cookies and does not store anything on your device. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.
When you email or call us
If you contact us, we process the data you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your question and, if you want, to prepare a proposal or agreement.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering your question (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use Google Workspace for email. Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Transfers of personal data to Google in the United States are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: if no agreement follows, we delete your contact details and messages within 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, we keep data that belongs to our financial records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Links to other websites
This website links to LinkedIn. LinkedIn only receives data about you if you click that link. From then on, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data.
- We don't use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
- We don't send newsletters or marketing emails without your permission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to welcome@customers2you.com. We respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We update this statement when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
